| back to team | Dr. Nick Gidwani, BDS, MDS, DDS, has been practicing general dentistry in Phoenix since 1984, after completing his Master’s degree in Oral Pathology and a rotation in Oral Surgery. He also serves on the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners as a consultant. Included in his responsibilities are doing investigative interviews, hearing and evaluating complainants and defendants and making decisions, and reading and evaluating chart notes to determine if treatment was done to the appropriate standard of care.
As a general dentist, Dr. Nick, as his patients call him, performs most procedures, but focuses on root canals, crown and bridge, and cosmetic dentistry. He has extensive experience, as well, in Denclass Classification, having worked with both Reach Out America and Onsite Dental as a dentist for the United States Army Reserve. He saw and/or treated over three thousand soldiers in Louisiana, Washington, Texas, Illinois, and Arizona. Dr. Gidwani graduated from Nair Hospital Dental College, one of the premier dental institutions of India and a leading college and hospital for nearly sixty years. Away from work, Dr. Nick enjoys traveling with his family, playing the guitar, and reading. |
