Exhibitor Information

As an exhibitor at the ACSDD Spring 2012 Conference to be held at The Talking Stick Resort & Casino in Scottsdale, Arizona, on April 20th and 21st, 2012, your all-inclusive fee of $1895.00.00 $1495.00** entitles you to the following:

  • One 6′ Exhibit Table, Two Chairs, Access to Power, Wireless Access
  • Up to two exhibitors maximum per table.  Additional exhibitors are subject to a Guest attendance fee of $500.
  • Your Contact Information in All Welcome Packets Provided to all Attendees
  • Access to all Presenter Discussions
  • Breakfast and Breaks Friday and Saturday
  • Lunch Friday
  • Access to the Friday Welcome Cocktail Reception with Open Bar
  • Three-minute Product and/or Services Presentation in front of All Conference Participants during the Meet the Exhibitors Time
  • Slot in the Conference Agenda
  • Booth set-up begins Thursday afternoon, April 19th, 2012, and tear-down immediately follows the conference on Saturday, April 21st, 2012.

    Sponsorship Information

    As a paid exhibitor at the ACSDD Spring 2012 Conference , you are invited to become a sponsor of one of our events.  In addition to the benefits you receive as a paid exhibitor (see above), your additional sponsorship fee of either $250.00 or $500.00 entitles you to the following:

    1. Featured Logo Placement on the Conference Page of Our Website
    2. Opportunity to Display Your Banner and Distribute Materials at the Sponsored Event
    3. Ten-Minute Presentation about Your Company at the Sponsored Event
    4. Promotional Materials Placed in Welcome Packets Provided to All Attendees
    5. Introduction and Thank-You from the ACSDD Executive Director Prior to Sponsored Event.
    6. Digital ACSDD conference attendee email list for conference related marketing campaigns.

    The following events are available for co-sponsorship:

    1. Friday Breakfast – $500.00 SOLD!
    2. Friday Lunch – $500.00 SOLD!
    3. Friday AM Break – $250.00
    4. Saturday Breakfast – $500.00
    5. Saturday AM Break – $250.00
    6. Friday Night Cocktail Reception – $500.00 SOLD!

    Deadline for sponsorship registration is March 30th, 2012, or when all events are sold, whichever comes first. You must register as a sponsor when you register as an exhibitor.  Please note: your logo must be emailed to Andrew, ACSDD Director of Operations, at andrew@acsdd.org after sponsor registration is complete.
