
As an exhibitor at the ACSDD Fall 2011 Conference, Pediatric OSA: Diagnosis, Treatment, and Prevention, to be held at The Phoenix Ritz Carlton in Phoenix, Arizona, on October 21st and 22nd, 2011, your fee of $995.00 entitles to one exhibit table, a maximum of two people at your table, two chairs, access to power, wireless access, your contact information included in the welcome packets given to all attendees, and a list of all conference attendees with addresses. In addition, you are entitled to the following:
Booth set-up begins Thursday afternoon, October 20th, 2011, and tear-down immediately follows the conference on Saturday, October 22nd, 2011.
